About Me

Jenny Lechter is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Jenny works with clients aged 13 to adult. Ms. Lechter is an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Therapist and is skilled at other types of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Jenny helps clients seeking relief from eating disorders and other food issues, anxiety, relationship challenges, and parenting. Ms. Lechter has been helping clients explore aspects of their LGBTQIA identity for over 14 years.
